Chris grew up here. He went to school here, graduated here, and spent a big part of his life becoming the person he is today. So when Simpler Days began finding its way into businesses around East Texas, having a home at Twisted Texas Boutique felt a little more special than simply adding another stop to our map.
Twisted Texas Boutique has been part of the Jacksonville community for years. The owners are longtime Jacksonville residents, and about two years ago, they moved their boutique into their current location in the heart of historic downtown.
It feels like the kind of place where Jacksonville's past and present meet.
A Downtown Finding New Life
Downtown Jacksonville has been going through a beautiful transformation.
Historic buildings and storefronts have been given new attention, and little by little, the area has been finding new life. There's something special about watching a downtown evolve while still holding onto the character that made it special in the first place.
That's part of what makes Twisted Texas Boutique such a natural fit here.
Their current storefront feels like a new chapter for a business that has already been part of the Jacksonville community for years.
And for us, there's something pretty wonderful about being part of that chapter too.
