Return & Exchange Policy – 3D Prints & Hand-Painted Items

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• All 3D-printed and hand-painted items are made to order and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade process.

• Because of the custom nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• We will work with you to replace the item or provide a store credit.

• Damaged/defective items must be returned in original packaging before a replacement is sent.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Color & Design Variations

• Colors may vary slightly from listing photos due to monitor settings, filament batches, or paint mixing.

• These variations are part of the unique, handmade nature of your item and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist with claims.

Due to the nature of food products, honey and edible products cannot be returned once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.
