Subscription Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their customer account or by contacting Simpler Days.
Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.
Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Due to the nature of food products, honey and creamed honey orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
