About Our Planters

Q: What are your planters made of?
We use eco-friendly, plant-based PLA filament for our 3D printed planters. It’s lightweight, biodegradable, and safe for indoor plants.

Q: Do your planters have drainage holes?
Most of our planters do, and we always note this in the product description. If you need drainage or a matching saucer added to a design, just ask!

Q: Are the planters painted or printed in color?
Some are printed in solid colors; others are hand-painted for a unique, one-of-a-kind finish. Each listing or tag will specify the finish.

Q: Can I customize a planter (color, design, or name)?
Yes! We love custom orders. Whether you want a teacher’s name, a pet portrait, or custom colors—just reach out. We’ll make it happen if we can.


About the Plants

Q: Do your planters come with plants?
Some do, especially when purchased locally at the farmers market or pop-up. Shipping orders typically do not include live plants unless stated.

Q: What kind of plants do you sell?
We offer seasonal selections like succulents, perennials, flowering shrubs, and fruit trees—many suited for Texas heat. Availability changes often.

Q: Where can I buy your products?
You can shop:

• In person at the Palestine Farmers Market (Saturdays 9–1)

• At Skin Science in Tyler, TX

Q: Do you offer shipping?
Yes—most of our 3D printed planters can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. However, live plants and some fragile hand-painted items are only available for local pickup.

Q: How long does it take to process orders?
Ready-to-ship items go out in 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 7–10 days depending on volume.


Custom Orders

Q: Can you make something I don’t see listed?
We love suggestions! If you have a design idea—like a pop culture reference, a unique shape, or a specific theme—send it our way. We may be able to 3D model or hand-paint it for you.

Q: Do you take bulk or event orders?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for teacher gifts, party favors, business promotions, or spiritual events. Contact us early to secure your date.


Q: What is your return policy?

Return & Exchange Policy – 3D Prints & Hand-Painted Items

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• All 3D-printed and hand-painted items are made to order and may have slight variations in color, texture, or finish due to the handmade process.

• Because of the custom nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• We will work with you to replace the item or provide a store credit.

• Damaged/defective items must be returned in original packaging before a replacement is sent.

3. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

4. Color & Design Variations

• Colors may vary slightly from listing photos due to monitor settings, filament batches, or paint mixing.

• These variations are part of the unique, handmade nature of your item and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist with claims.
