Honey Butter Skillet Cornbread
Made with Piney Woods Pure East Texas Honey
"Golden, buttery, and baked in a cast iron skillet. Finished with a generous drizzle of East Texas honey, this cornbread is the perfect companion to chili, barbecue, beans, or simply enjoyed warm with a cup of coffee."
🏡 From Our Kitchen
Around here in East Texas, cornbread isn't just a side dish—it's part of the meal. Whether we're serving a pot of pinto beans after a long day or firing up the smoker for family and friends, there's usually a hot cast iron skillet sitting on the table.
Our favorite way to enjoy it is simple: split a warm slice open, add a little butter, and drizzle it with Piney Woods Honey while it's still steaming. The honey melts into every bite, adding just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering that classic cornbread flavor.
It's simple food, made to be shared.
